Impact
The results, in brief.
- Moved project ideas out of emails, paper, spreadsheets and a shared drive into one dashboard.
- Leadership can see who is working on what for the first time, and a new project is written up in 5 minutes.
- 13 projects and an event tracked across 10 members.
My role
As WSTI's full-stack and product engineer, I built the portal members run their projects in, from sign-in to deploy.

- Auth & access control: Google sign-in, admin approval and roles
- Next.js 16 app on Prisma and PostgreSQL, built with Claude Code
- CI/CD gating every deploy to Railway
- Extensive documentation for knowledge transfer

- Performance pass: code-splitting and database indexes
- WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility from the start
